THE JOB

We currently have opportunities for Broker Service Associates based at our Aztec West offices in North Bristol.

The purpose of the roles will be to handle incoming calls servicing our broker community. You will be required to ensure the required service levels are consistently achieved and an exceptional experience delivered to the customer.

Displaying a professional attitude you will be required to build rapport and ongoing profitable relationships with customers anticipating objections and building appropriate responses. You will make recommendations regarding opportunities to implement improvements based on customer feedback and service experience. In addition you will be required to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and keep your product and industry knowledge up to date.

SKILLS REQUIRED

The ideal candidate will have some experience of working within the insurance industry. Experience of dealing with brokers is highly desirable. These are telephone based roles so excellent communication skills are required as is the ability to build rapport with customers and quickly understand their requirements recommending solutions and problem solving.
