THE JOB

We currently have opportunities for Customer Service Associates based at our Aztec West offices in North Bristol.

These roles involve handling incoming calls from our existing customers regarding a wide range of general enquiries. You will be required to deal with customers in a professional and helpful manner responding to queries and resolving problems. You will also be required to offer customers additional services and products.

SKILLS REQUIRED

We are looking for people who are friendly and confident with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing great customer service. Whilst all new employees are provided with full training on our system you will already be comfortable and competent at using computers.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer service role however this need not necessarily be contact centre based.

HOURS OF WORK

The hours of work for these roles are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

The starting salary for these roles is £13,590 + annual profit and performance related bonus.
