THE JOB

We currently have opportunities for Outbound Telesales Associates based at our city centre offices.

The roles entail contacting prospective customers to present the benefits of our insurance products in a professional and proactive manner. You will be given full training to enable you to perform your role and ongoing coaching and support to ensure you are able to meet your targets and maximise your opportunities to earn commission.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Ideally you will have some experience in a sales role and be used to working to and achieving targets. Most importantly you will be a confident communicator with a desire to succeed. You will have the ability to build rapport with potential customers, present our products enthusiastically and handle objections in a friendly and reassuring manner.

HOURS OF WORK

The working hours for these roles are 35 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

Over the 5 days you will be expected to work:-

2x 9.30am – 5.30pm
3x 12pm – 8pm

N.B. Friday is NEVER a late shift.

Overtime (paid at double time) is regularly available on Saturdays (9am – 2pm) but is not compulsory.

SALARY

The starting salary for these roles is £15,340 per annum + commission + potential for annual bonus based on company and individual performance. OTE is £19K however many of our Associates are earning £25k+.
