DEALING WITH VISITORS TO BUILDING.
DISTRIBUTION OF POST, INCOMING PAPERWORK, E-MAILS & FAXES
MAINTAINING STAFF HOLIDAY REQUESTS AND SICKNESS RECORDS.
MAINTAINING SUPPLIES OF BROCHURES, INSERTS, SDS ETC.
OUTGOING MAIL - FRANKING.
SHREDDING.
PHOTOCOPYING, AS REQUESTED
MAKING REFRESHMENTS FOR OFFICE/MANAGERIAL STAFF
TYPING (COMPUTER) INTERNAL ORDERS, CON-NOTES AND LABELS FOR OUTGOING ORDERS/UK INVOICES FAXES, LETTERS, E-MAILS, CONTACT REPORTS, EXPORT INVOICES, MANUFACTURERS CERTIFICATES AND OTHER RELATED PAPERWORK, PURCHASE ORDERS AND CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMITY ETC. MAINTAINING/PRINTING/CREATING SPECIFICATIONS, BROCHURES PAGES ETC.
TYPING (TYPEWRITER) INSURANCE CERTIFICATES, SAMPLE REQUESTS AND ANY OTHER ASSOCIATED PAPERWORK.
MAINTAIN HANDWRITTEN INVOICE LOG.
MAINTAIN HANDWRITTEN INSURANCE LOG.
SAMPLE REQUESTS AND OTHER ASSOCIATED PAPERWORK.
PURCHASING - STATIONERY, CHEMICALS, PACKAGING ETC. CHECKING PRICES/CHASING ETC.
ASSISTANCE AS REQUESTED BY OTHER MEMBERS OF STAFF.
