| A Helpdesk Operator is required for a Public Sector Organisation in Bristol. It is a contract position lasting 4 months. The main duty of this post will be, being the first point of contact to the department in respect of IT incident logging. You will provide first line support for desktop equipment including MS Office applications and National Applications such as Cerner Millennium and RIS/PACS. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP is essential and an understanding of a wide range of PC applications would be an advantage. You must have previously worked within a similar role, ideally with client facing experience and be on 2 weeks notice. |
