Located within easy walking distance of Bristol's central shopping centre and Temple Meads train station, the Investment Operations team provide processing and administration support to their group brands and are looking for new staff to join their team. The role involves: Accurately processing customer data Carrying out a range of administration duties Clarifying facts to resolve a query Making telephone contact with internal contacts to respond to enquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months administrative experience, show keen attention to detail, have reasonable IT skills and at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above. Training is provided on all aspects of the role including an induction programme and you will be working in a friendly, supportive environment. There are fantastic prospects of progression as all new starters are encouraged to study for an industry recognised professional qualification paid for by the company. Promotion to the next salary bracket (£19,000) has been achieved within 6 months by other members of staff.
