| Key Details of the Department: Geographically located regional sales office, reactively & proactively serving a defined area. Handling & processing all customer requests to defined quality standards. Conduct all work in support of the sales function including order processing, producing quotations, and arranging collections and all aspects of customer services. Key Responsibilities: To manage & develop a portfolio of customers to achieve targeted sales growth whilst ensuring that the highest level of customer service & support are provided at all times To process orders to high standards-no errors To produce & follow quotations as required To proactively call accounts to identify potential spend increase business & obtain leads for the Field Sales Maximise all opportunities from incoming & outgoing calls to identify all future requirements & obtain leads for the Field Sales Ensure all Customer Issues are recorded correctly & progressed to a satisfactory conclusion Strictly adhere to all procedures set out in the Sales Desk Quality Manual Maintain a supportive & harmonious Relationship with colleagues to create effective teamwork ESSENTIAL Experience Customer Service 2 years in an office environment Stable/ loyal Computer Literate Style & Personality Outgoing, friendly,helpful, responsive Professional Mature Approach Conscientious AmBitous Well presented Able to use own initiative Team Player Qualifications GCSE Maths & English Competencies Well orgainised Influencer of others Excellent Communicator Forward planner Effective Negotiator, Self Disciplined Self Motivated Effective Time Management Aptitude to absorb knowledge Other Criteria Car Driver Able to work Flexible hours Lives Locally |
