| Scope of Position: To wind and manufacture fibre optic and wire dispenser assemblies, in line with time, cost, Quality and Production Engineering specifications. Responsibilities: To be an effective and pro-active team member. To communicate improvements and ideas to Team leader / Engineer. Be flexible in approach to changing business requirements. Education and Training: Should be educated to at least GCSE standard. Training and/or retraining will be given. Experience: Process knowledge in a manufacturing environment, in particular, aerospace or defence. Experience in a computer controlled environment. Ability to use test equipment. Experience in reading drawings and manufacturing instructions. Additional Requirements: Currently hold, or the ability to achieve UK Security Clearance.
