Full Description:
My client, a well established manufacturing firm in Fishponds, Bristol is now looking for a permanent sales and customer service co-ordinator to join their small but productive team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

· Taking in customer orders via the telephone and email
· Inputting orders on the the inhouse computer system
· Liaising with the supply team
· Tracking orders
· Aftercare to customers
· Resolving issues and complaints

The sucessful candidate will ideally have had experience in a fast paced busy sales office / customer service environment.

· Excellent keyboards skills
· Order entry experience
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent administration skills
