The company are renowned for their management training and internal career progression. As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for running the restaurant in the General Managers absence, ensuring a smooth running of service, maintaining standards, making decisions and taking responsibility of your team. You will be able to take on stocks, ordering, paperwork and other general duties as required. You will be an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is passionate about food and service standards, with strong communication and people skills enabling you to lead your team to maximise business opportunities. You will be smart in appearance who knows and understands brand standards. You must be willing to be part of a team and take charge in the managers absence. Senior Supervisors from a restaurant background will also be considered. The salary is up to £18000 and together with a great bonus scheme offers fantastic training and career prospects.
