| Assistant Restaurant Manager Brighton Up to 19000 + Bonus Assistant Manager This busy restaurant, set in a fantastic location, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who has the ability to run a high volume site where customer focus is the key. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for running the restaurant in the General Managers absence, ensuring a smooth running of service, maintaining standards, making decisions and taking responsibility of your team. You will be able to take on stocks, ordering, paperwork and other general duties as required. This is a busy site so you will need to have a clear head and be able to work under pressure. You will be an established assistant manager who is confident in their own ability, passionate, bubbly and very customer focused! You will be smart in appearance who knows and understands brand standards. You must be willing to be part of a team and to fit in and take charge in the managers absence. Previous management restaurant experience in either an Assistant or Senior Supervisor role ready to take the next step up the ladder. This company is known for producing classic Italian food with a selection of mouthwatering pasta dishes and pizzas straight out of the wood burning ovens. They have currently 93 sites throughout the UK with more opening this year. This particular site is located in a fantastic location in the town.
