| An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen within the Food and Beverage team for an Offer Development Manager with responsibility for creativity and implementing our product offers in the Day Visitor operations in historic venues throughout the UK.salary 35,000K + car and bonus My client is a world leader in Food and Facilities Management and currently operates in over 70 countries worldwide. operates throughout the UK in high profile venues, racecourses, castles, stadia and at major events. . They specialise in first-class catering and hospitality and provide exceptional service and excellent quality food. Key Area's of Responsibility Product range Pricing Display Merchandising Service Standards Mystery Shopper Programmes Operational Training and Auditing Skills and Experience There is a strong element of hands on operational input and you will be a respected operator experienced in setting up and operating new catering operations. You will have the ability and confidence to ensure total commitment and understanding of all business goals and objectives, as well as operating to the highest standards in all aspects of your work. Possessing excellent client liaison skills, you will be articulate and able to pull together bids for new business as you will be a key player within the team. You will have flair, think outside the box, be a creative thinker and be able to work autonomously as well as be part of a team. You will have an understanding of the issues around sustainability, and the sourcing and use of environmentally sound products. As a strong individual with lots of personality you are willing to take ownership of the issues and you will drive your own agenda. You will be passionate about food and care about food and product and where it comes from. Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is 35000 + car and bonus This challenging role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the skills and confidence to exceed expectations.
