| General Manager, Quality Food Pub - Devon, 32000 Fantastic opportunity for a great General Manager to join a renowned and award winning Food led Pub located on the beautiful Devon Coast. It is independently owned and offers fantastic food and drink in quality surroundings, along with a number of en suite letting bedrooms. Job Description As General Manager you will work closely with the owners, with a high level of autonomy to run the business in your own style. You will drive the business forward by focusing on team training and development, quality and consistency of service delivery, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The key areas of performance will be food and liquor stock control, labour control and top line sales all against set budgets, for which you will be fully accountable. Required Experience You will be a passionate and driven General Manager who has experience within a quality driven restaurant or pub environment. With excellent communication and man management skills you will be a confident leader and motivator, capable of getting the best out of your team. You will come from an environment where you have been fully accountable for the businesses financial performance. Ideally you will have some rooms experience and a passion for great food and service. Personal drive, commitment and an ambitious personality would be key attributes for the successful applicant. Salary and Benefits Superb package for an experienced General Manager, including strong basic salary up to 32,000, free 1 bedroom flat and performance related bonus.
