| General Restaurant Manager - Jersey - £35k Package Very rare opportunity for a fantastic General Restaurant Manager!! Superb General Restaurant Manager will benefit from a fantastic basic salary, generous bonus structure and opportunity for career progression. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading Restaurant operators in the UK, with a large portfolio of units throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a General Restaurant Manager to manage one of their flagship sites in Jersey. The restaurant has high volume sales, particularly in summer. As General Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing your team to deliver excellent operational standards, meeting and exceeding your customer expectations with great food and service. In this role you will be accountable for all financial and audit performance of the restaurant, with a particular focus on sales and covers growth, mystery diner scores, brand audits, stock and labour control. This position requires a very experienced General Restaurant Manager who has run a high volume site, ideally in a branded environment. You will be a very strong communicator and team leader, able to manage your time effectively to maximise the performance of the restaurant. You will have a track record of delivering superb financial performance and be very passionate about service standards. This position would suit an ambitious Manager looking for Area Management as their next career step.
