This is a rare opportunity for a quality driven Head Chef to join this progressive Pub and Restaurant Group, This Independent Operator has won awards and been featured in the Good Food Guide As Head Chef you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business , ranging from Menu Planning, Dealing with Suppliers and ensuring the highest level of Food is delivered with all Fresh Produce sourced locally

The successful Chef will need to be food focused as this is a hands on role. It is essential you can lead and motivate a team Would suit a Head chef from a quality and volume background in either restaurants or Gastro Pubs.
