| Regional Human Resource (HR) Manager - c.£40000pa - South/Home Counties My client is a market leader in their field who proudly and passionately offer their customers high quality branded concepts in an environment that complements their commitment to customer service. With currently over 25 sites, they are going through a period of positive growth and acquisitions. As the Regional Human Resources Manager, you will be field based covering 5 sites in and around the South/Home Counties. They are offering a salary package of £35,000 to £40,000pa plus fully expensed car, healthcare, discounts, and incentives. Job Description Reporting into the Human Resource Director, the successful candidate will implement and review the Company and HR policies and procedures. You will be responsible for the resourcing, recruiting and the development of the site management teams and be fully responsible and accountable for the regions succession plan. You will provide advice, guidance and support in all human resource matters for your region and ensure the on-going development of the on-site HR managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced human resource professional to work within a number of brands for a company that has a strong culture of fun and recognises achievements. Required Experience You will have experience of working as a generalist Human Resource and Training Manager within a branded environment . You will be experienced in developing and managing teams including HR professionals . You will have the ability to identify development needs within a team and provide suitable solutions . You will have strong communication, presentation and influencing skills as well as sound time management skills . You will be fully up to date in all HR disciplines including employment law, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management and training and development . You will be experienced in working within a operational and strategic HR capacity Remuneration The starting salary for this role is c.£35,000 to £40,000pa you will also receive a fully expensed company car, healthcare, discounts and incentives. This is a field based role that requires travel within the South and Home Counties.
