| Head Chef 35000 Beautiful Boutique Hotel Somerset This beautiful town House Hotel looks out over magnificent surroundings. The hotel has a small number of bespoke bedrooms and is striving to gain accolades with an award winning 2-3 rosette restaurant. Job Description A position currently exists for an experienced and dedicated Head Chef currently working in 2 rosettes to join the passionate kitchen brigade at the hotel. The successful applicant will have the backing to push the dining aspect of the business with a free and creative hand in order to be awarded rosettes. Required Experience The following requirements are essential in your application being considered for the position: * Experience in a similar position essential * 2 rosette experience * Good Man management skills * Great communicator * Creative approach to cooking * Ability and experience to take charge of the kitchen on Head Chef's days off Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is 30000- 35000 with a 5000 bonus depending on experience.
