Part of the Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest branch network, you will be the face of the bank, working as part of a team to ensure our customers are listened to, engaged and supported. You will have a variety of responsibilities ranging from greeting customers at reception, discussing their needs and using your excellent product knowledge to identify and recommend products and services that make their life easier, right the way through to cash transactions. In real terms you'll be expected to identify sales opportunities that will deliver a better service to customers, meet targets, work well as part of a team and have plenty of fun along the way.

This induction is an excellent first step into our industry, no matter how much existing customer service experience you bring with you. It will build your professional knowledge and technical competence, and enable you to find your feet by providing the opportunity to work with customers while having colleagues on hand to help.
