| Our client is a leader in building services contracting and using specialist expertise offer integrated mechanical and electrical services for commercial, industrial and public sector buildings across the UK This highly reputable company have been in business for almost 200 years and now employ some 2,000 people in a countrywide network of offices. Their capabilities include design, installation, construction and project management. At present the Bristol office is recruiting for a mechanical and electrical services commissioning and validation engineer. The role will involve; · Ensuring that installations are fully functional to agreed specification · Contributing expert advice to the design and installation process · Managing specialist sub contractors and suppliers, in relation to the commissioning activities · Liaise with clients including training · Fault finding and snagging · Verification of performance to specification · Contribute to effective and prompt final account payments · Certification · Input to tendering and design · Providing Customer feedback · Performance of the allocated section of project · Technical quality · Project Manager Feedback Applicants are required to be well organised, approach their work with accuracy and with attention to detail. It is also important that applicants are confident in their technical competency and act as an ambassador for the company at all times. |
