| *** An exciting career in B2B sales and account management *** Resource Direct is currently looking for two experienced telesales advisors to work in the business to business sales department of an independent employer in Bristol. The company is a specialist manufacturer of trade supplies and has some prestigious clients across the UK and Europe. They employ over 100 staff and have offices close to central Bristol. Based in a friendly and supportive environment the role will consist of a mixture of inbound and outbound calls. You will manage an existing client base while proactively developing new business. This is not a scripted sales role so you will need to be able to think on your feet and react quickly to your customers requirements. To apply for this role you will need to be enthusiastic and positive. You will also need to be very self motivated and have a keen desire to succeed. Previous telesales experience is essential and you must posses excellent communication skills, an ability to build rapport with your customers and be prepared to apply your self and work hard to achieve your results. In return you will receive a basic salary of circa £18,000 plus commission and bonuses. You will also receive good training and be given the chance to quickly develop your career and progress within the company.
