| *** High level, business to business customer services opportunity *** Resource Direct is currently looking for professional, hard working candidates with 12 months+ experience in customer services. We have a unique opportunity to work within the commercial department of a renowned local employer. You will be the first point of contact in a busy business to business customer service department. You will take inbound calls from existing customers and provide a first class level of customer service at all times. You will be working in a friendly environment where you will be offered training and support and be valued for your work and contribution. You will need to have previous customer service or call centre experience experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is currently working in a call centre who is looking to step up to a new challenge. This is also ideal for some one in a senior retail or hospitality position looking for responsibility in a new environment. In return for you experience you will be given a competitive basic salary, a generous benefits package and the opportunity to study for industry relevant qualifications. It is also worth noting that the shift patterns are 09:00 till 17:00, Monday to Friday so this is an ideal opportunity for anyone unable or unwilling to work shift patterns or weekends.
