Full Description:
Working for a leading financial services company in part of this new departmental set up. An existing pilot team has been implemented and we are now looking to grow the business with the increase in demand from customers. This role is an opportunity to develop with in a strong business that prides it self on supporting, training and encouraging its employees to succeed. You will be responsible for speaking directly with customers in relation to their motor insurance. This could involve a first time enquiry, therefore taking details on the driver and vehicle, ensuring the computer system is updated and providing the driver with a competitive quote. Explaining fully the financial implications and legislations. You will also be encouraged to talk through other added value products, for example road side recovery. This not only allows the customer to receive the best possible service and product, but also allows the business to grow. This is a target driven role, therefore you will need to begoal orientatedand motivated.There are many financial benefits, that will help you developyour competitive edge!!
Hours: Shifts between 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday or Sunday 8am to 6pm
