Full Description:

My Client is a National Contractor operating throughout the South West on a range of MOD projects up to around £4 million in value. Specialising in refurb and new build, they are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to manage multiple schemes in the Salisbury Pain Region of Wiltshire.

As the successful candidate, you will assume responsibility for the delivery of a repeat series of fit-out and refurb programmes. This will also include newbuild and extensions on a range of sites in Army Barracks. You will report to the Construction Director.

from a construction background, you will have a construction related qualification and already be working in a similar role on multiple schemes for another recognised contractor. An excellent communicator and leader, you will have experience of completing various large extension and refurb schemes on time and to budget, in particular-MOD projects.
