An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Permanent Relationship Manager within recruitment client, part of the UK’s leading independent IT Recruitment organisation, our client is an entrepreneurial company with over 35 years history and £110 million turnover.
The successful candidate will be required to act as the “face” of our client with Senior Client Executives, Recruiting Managers, Vendor Management team and HR as appropriate. Here you will identify and lead recruitment sales activity into the customer in order to maximise current business and open new lines of sales.
You will be responsible for reaching and exceeding in-house delivery targets to each customer and ensuring that our ongoing relationships are maintained with all key decision makers. Furthermore you will undertake on-going interaction and strategic negotiation with clients to ensure maintenance of an effective working relationship, whilst maintaining adherence to Client-led KPI’s and SLAs. You will be responsible for assigning vacancies to consultants who will supply suitable candidates for you to represent to your Clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in Permanent recruitment and is likely to possess demonstrable customer relationship management and sales ability. Furthermore an excellent standard of written & verbal presentation skills both internally and externally is a must.
