| Recruitment Trainee Academy And Business Development Opportunities Recruitment Trainee Academy And Business Development Opportunities Leading Independent Recruitment Group £25,000 - £35,000 OTE Exciting opportunity to join the UK's market leading independent Recruitment Group. A specialist recruitment consultancy, based in Bristol. They find, select and recruit professional staff in IT, Human Resources, Sales and Finance for businesses across the UK. This is a fast-paced, challenging working environment based on building and maintaining customer relationships in order to help their businesses grow. The Training Academy has been set up as a launch pad for entry recruitment/sales individuals. We are looking for ambitious individuals to join The Academy and management programme to start ASAP. We believe this programme, and the opportunity for all recruits to play to their strengths, accounts for our very low staff turnover. In an industry where the average staff turnover is over 30% per annum, ours remains at 8%. The Recruitment Academy Programme covers the first six months of employment. During this time, you will not be targeted, but you will have the opportunity to earn commission from day one: any involvement in placements will result in financial reward. Throughout the Programme you will have a Mentor; a senior member of staff who will assist you in your training, coaching and welfare You will also spend two months in the Permanent Recruitment Team where you will practice the skills you have learnt in the Contract team and also gain exposure in the following areas: A further month is spent in the Account Management team, Business Development Managers focusing on: Following a full "graduation" review, you will be placed in the business area most appropriate to your skills and ambitions.
