My client, a major cost and project management consultancy, is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Cost Manager to work on a large utilities contract in South Wales.
This role will involve budget evaluation and control, risk analysis and management, benchmarking, agreement of target costs, monthly valuations and also include responsibility for the collation of early warning and compensation events as well as monthly reporting, auditing and final accounts,
The successful applicant will have:
Good technical knowledge
Experience within the civil engineering industry
Strong IT skills
Experience of NEC contracts
Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other building related discipline
