We are currently recruiting for a full time Estate Supervisor / Caretaker to oversee a patch of Social Housing Properties within Bridgwater, Somerset.
Working for one of the South West's leading providers of Social Housing, you will be responsible for ensuring the condition and appearance of the properties is maintained, carrying out minor repairs as well as cleaning and gardening within communal areas.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of grounds maintenance and minor repairs work and be able to work unsupervised.
