| My client a leading international construction and property consultancy are looking for a Senior Cost Consultant/Cost Consultant in the Cornwall area. This role will focus on working on public sector projects with capital values of between £1M and £10M. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a cost consultancy service for a range of clients, ensuring that cost planning, feasibility, procurement, cost management and change control processes are carried out effectively. If you are a Quantity Surveyor (Chartered or working towards Chartered status), with good client facing skills, ideally from a consultancy background then this is an excellent opportunity offering career progression and a very competitive remuneration package.
