| My client requires 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding team in delivering major and minor projects The duties included in this position will include but not be limited to: Management of a Cost Consultancy team. Preparing customer contract reviews. Preparing monthly management reports with sub-divisional manager Assisting in securing new and repeat business. Ensuring compliance with QES system and group/Unit directives Preparation of estimates and cost plans in line with the brief Provision of financial advice including the impact of inflation Advising on contract procurement Assisting in the development of programmes for the delivery of services Preparation of reports, valuations, letters, financial statements etc Preparation of tender documents as required by procurement choice (including Bills of Quantities) Preparing valuations and financial statements; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations Assisting in the settlement of disputes and preparing and agreeing final accounts Producing financial fee report for post contract review A Quantity Surveying or Building related qualification or equivalent is essential Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
