My client requires a Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent experience to join their Project Management team based in Gloucestershire.
The successful candidate will have a varied workload including commercial & corporate projects providing feasibility cost advice, contract administration & project management services.
The requirements for this role are:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong client facing skills.
RICS accreditation.
Recognisable technical ability, including computer literacy and operational skills.
A good depth of experience with responsibility or a specialisation.
The ability to deliver pre and post contract services.
