Our Client, a new start up company, based in Parkway, is looking for a Project Administrator to provide project support to the Training Programme streams.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical publications expertise in order to generate proposal and project documentation as required by the Programmes, and to work with members of the Programme teams to produce monthly reports on the performance of the project
-Create and manage project documentation using the company’s Documentation Management System
-Liaise with external agencies as required in order to maintain effective communications where appropriate and in particular for meetings, functions etc; organize and manage project travel requirements and co-ordinate with business functions in order to contribute to the successful execution of the Programmes.
-Create and maintain strong, lasting relationships with internal customers, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in an aerospace project engineering or training environment
- Expert/practitioner at Microsoft Office toolsets and in the production of graphics for inclusion into customer proposals
-Practitioner at packaging proposals for presentation to the customer
-Practitioner in document management systems, ranging from document generation through configuration control of documents.
