My client, based in Parkway, is looking for a Project Manager for the Project and Risk Management for the Elementary Flying Training activity.
The successful candidate will manage the definition, planning, monitoring and control of the Project activities and will be responsible for identifying potential project risks and managing mitigation activities.
You will be responsible for the effective management of an integrated team to ensure that the Project requirements are delivered to the customer on time, to quality and within the budgeted cost.
Knowledge and Experience
-Qualified in a relevant area to degree level, HNC/HND qualifications or equivalent
-Project management experience in an aerospace project engineering or training environment
-A sound knowledge of the UK MOD Acquisition Management system
-Good understanding of military flying training in the UK
-Good contract, commercial management and negotiation skills
