| Our clients have an opportunity for a Senior Operations Analyst to join their rapidly growing company in North Bristol. Previous experience in a similar role is essential as is the ability to be able to report findings confidently at board level The Person: To investigate, analyse and define the detailed business processes and requirements to support the strategic and tactical goals of the business, working alongside the operational management teams to ensure the defined requirements of the business are met at all stages, and the Customer Journey is enhanced. Key Skills: Working with the operational business units to define the overall requirements for business purposes and the high level approach for delivering these requirements. - This will include some or all of the following depending upon the nature, size and composition of the project/initiative; - Undertake and contribute to diagnostic review and data gathering from relevant business areas, liaising with appropriate stakeholders to present an as-is view of performance highlighting potential areas of risk and improvement. - Definition, development and validation of process improvements to agreed standards liaising with appropriate business areas. - Impact assessment of moving from the current state to the future state including operational business, systems and customer impact. - Prepare change requirements in conjunction with the appropriate stakeholders to produce detailed estimates for the cost of the proposed solutions - Consult with the business regarding change requirements - Define functional and non functional change requirements - To manage the prototyping of any solutions to establish user requirements - To contribute to the analysis and development of business cases, risk profiles and process development plans as required Implementation - To support the production of change and development specifications - To own the construction of any relevant operational procedures, ensuring consistency with the business requirements documentation - Input to the definition and production of training plans and materials in association with the GI training team - Input to the definition of UAT test scripts and test case definition aligned to the overall test and QA strategy - Support and assist the operational areas in the piloting, implementation and embedding of changes to business processes, practices and associated system functionality Benefits: - Final Salary Pension scheme - Annual Bonus scheme (Target bonus of up to 10% and a maximum bonus of 30% of salary) - Private Medical Insurance through BUPA - 28 days holiday plus ability to buy and sell more - State of the art gym - Generous discounts on LV's range of quality products -Childcare Voucher Scheme - Subsidised restaurant - Park and Ride Scheme (subject to availability) |
