| The South West’s largest independent property services group, nationally one of the fastest growing companies of its kind, with a turnover of over £230m and 550 staff, now require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team based in Bristol. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will lead a team of 3 Quantity Surveyors on a £12-14 million Design and Build scheme in Emersons Green. Due to the client focused nature of the project, you will not only need relevant experience on similar projects, but be confident in dealing with major clients in order to ensure the smooth running of this project and future related business. The role requires exceptional organisational skills and a sound knowledge of subcontract and material procurement, along with a good track record of project financial control. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, and build excellent working relationships with colleagues within the group.
