We are looking for an effective communicator with common sense, excellent organisational and PC skills, enthusiasm and the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
The successful candidate will be somebody already employed in an employment consultancy business, legal practice or employer/employee representative organisation, who has at least a year's experience of handling an employment tribunal litigation caseload.
The work will involve acting for both employers and employees in claims that will include unfair dismissal, breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages and the full range of discrimination claims. The work and salary will be commensurate with your experience and ability.
