    This is a search and selection company dealing only in Director or very senior positions, not middle management or less.

    This role involves the following –

    Once a company has placed a vacancy your job will be to research the industry and find out where employers in this sector are based. You will then call these companies finding out who is in key positions and anyone who shows interest and suits what your client is looking for you would put on your shortlist which will be passed to a consultant to interview. You earn 2.5% of potential invoice value for all validated short list and once erson is successful and placed in vacancy you will earn a further 7.5% of invoice value.

    Average 1st stage invoice is £7k which means you would earn 1.5% = £105 once vacancy filled final invoice can be worth anything from £5k to £35k which is where you earn 7% which could be anything from £350 to over £2000!
