Responsible to the Operations Manager and incharge of a team of Guest Service Assistants, your role will be varied and diverse with no two days the same. Great customer sevice skills and bags of enthusiasm are a must!
You will be expected to maintain and provide excellent guest service at all times and provide assistance and support to the team. To maximise sales, to minimise costs and ensure quality standards are met.
