| Our clients, a motor insurance company have a requirement for an In House Engineer to review and manage motor damage claims The Job To review and manage all motor damage claims, ensuring best cost negotiation, minimal leakage and accurate valuations applied to all claims. The skills - City and Guilds Motor Vehicle Craft (Parts 1, & 2) or equivalent - Relevant trade experience in vehicle repairs - Full member of the Institute of Automotive Engineering Assessors or working towards - Able to use standard Microsoft Office and Email packages - Thorough knowledge of Thatcham times/methodology - Thorough knowledge of Audatex estimating systems and procedures - Sound knowledge of other estimating systems - Ability to analyse information and propose solutions - Strong negotiation skills - Proven solving skills - Ability to manage workload in a busy customer-centric environment - Able to communicate at all levels, customer, business etc - Should be self motivated - A team player that works well in a group Benefits: - Final Salary Pension scheme - 25 days holiday - Subsidised restaurant - Discounted products Please send CV in the first instance along with a cover note in support of your application.
