| Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a number of Commercial Sales and Service Consultants to join their company. These will be key roles to support our clients strategy to launch a range of commercial insurance products and to develop a substantial portfolio targeting the SME (Small Medium Enterprise) market The jobholder will be instrumental in building strong relationships with brokers and/or customers through the delivery of a market leading service. The jobholder will contribute to the growth of the business by achieving their sales and service objectives and demonstrating strong technical ability. Key Responsibilities - Provide quotations for commercial insurance new business, MTAs and renewals - Achieve agree sales, conversion and renewal retention targets for commercial insurance products - Produce an efficient high quality quotation service to Insurance Brokers and / or Customers - Provide an efficient, high quality policy administration and renewal service - Ensure that the production of policy documentation is error free and contract certain Key skills - Strong experience in the commercial insurance sector ideally dealing with SMEs - Commercial Insurance backgrounds could be: Motor, Property, Liability, and Indemnity - A commercial Insurance Broker or commercial lines Insurer background. - Qualifications - Preferably educated to A levels (or equivalent) ideally with a desire to progress towards professional qualifications (CII) - minimum GCSEs or equivalent - Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. - Ability to deliver high productivity and quality standards. - Excellent communication and relationship building skills demonstrating an ability to deal with customers and colleagues at all levels - Excellent organisational skills. - Able to work without supervision and be self motivated in a proactive manner seeing tasks through to resolution. - Consistently present a professional and positive approach. - Able to work as part of a team and/or on an individual basis. - Ability to learn and retain commercial product and procedural information on an ongoing basis. - Interpret technical subjects of varying complexity to include regulatory issues such as Basic Salary: £23,000-£26,000pa Hours of work: -37.5 Hour week - Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 Benefits: - *****Final Salary Pension******** - Childcare Vouchers - Discounted products - Free Car Parking - 22 plus Days Holiday - Contributory Pension Please send CV in the first instance along with a cover note in support of your application.
