Experienced Legal Secretary required to join the Real Estate (Leisure and Litigation) team of a leading local firm.

Team Structure
The firm is recognised as having one of the foremost real estate groups in the Region, with over 100 staff. The Group includes a number of nationally rated individuals. Their property expertise embraces investment, portfolio management, finance, planning, construction, environmental, development and dispute resolution.
The Leisure & Litigation Team is one of four teams within the Real Estate Group comprising 28 fee earners (including 4 partners) and 17 support staff.
Key Tasks and Duties
-Digital dictation (audio typing).
-Creating/amending documents, including contracts and legal forms.
-Answering telephone calls/dealing with clients/taking messages.
-Filing and general admin duties such as faxing and photocopying.
-Assisting the Team/Group with overflow typing.
-Managing diary appointments and making arrangements for meetings..
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
-Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility. Experience of working within a volume environment would be advantageous.
-Previous legal experience is essential and this should ideally be in litigation.
-Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint and imanage would be beneficial.
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
