Freelance M & E Coordinator. Bristol / South Wales
£800 - £850 per Week
My client is a Highly recognised National Contractor specialising in high profile retail contracts throughout the country. They currently require an experienced M & E Coordinator to work from site on contracts in and around the region.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for running the M&E aspect of retail projects up to £5million in value, with a bias towards the electrical side as well as coordinate designs and check on site installation for all projects. You will report to the Project Manager.
With a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to budget, you will have come from a construction background, and be already working with a similar sized contractor. Experience in the retail sector is advantageous, however not essential as you use your outstanding communication and leadership skills to reach your goals.
