Resource Direct operates across a variety of sectors and we are currently expanding the Office Support temporary division across Bristol and the surrounding areas.
The temporary division shows huge potential for growth; Already established - with an impressive client base and scope to develop further. We are seeking a Pro-active, Enthusiastic addition to the team to lead and deliver this expansion moving forward. Working together with a dedicated Business Development Consultant you will primarily be responsible for client and candidate relationship management. A sales inclination/orientation is important, however you will not be expected to "cold call" on a daily basis. You will be a natural communicator; bright, positive and high energy and passionate about delivering an excellent customer/client experience every time. You will be highly organised, be able to manage deadlines and time management in general should be a skill already learn't in your current role. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office will be beneficial together with familiarity with internet and email systems. An ability to keep accurate records and update our bespoke CRM system critical.
