Indoor Sales Representative required to join professional freight forwarding company based in Avonmouth. Having provided an International Removal Services for over 20 years, our client focuses predominantly on transporting cars, boats and personal effects to over 5000 worldwide destinations.
The Role:
You will be working with the current team selling their outstanding cars and boats shipping services worldwide. As a Sales Rep (B2C) you will be working to convert warm leads into bona fida sales! Leads will be generated from incoming enquiries by a number of sources including the website, email, referrals and repeat business. Youll provide a consultative yet sales focused service to your clients ensuring that each client get a package tailored to their individual needs.
Although predominantly sales driven, you will also take responsibility for generating your quotes, subsequent administration duties and the follow up of client care.
Experience / Knowledge:
To be successful in your application you will have solid sales experience with a proven track record of working successfully in a target driven environment.
You will be competitive in your sales technique but ensure that the service you provide is consultative and memorable - referrals is one source of leads so reputation is obviously paramount!
With a professional telephone manner you will have strong organisational skills along with the patience required to ensure your customer receives top service.
A background in sales of freight forwarding / shipping industry is desirable as is a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 -17:30
Salary up to £20,000 DOE
