An established Recruiter in the Bristol area are looking to bolster their recruitment team in Bristol with experienced and dedicated sales professionals with proven track records in Business to Business sales.

Our client is one of the most regarded search agencies in the UK, ad have a long history of excellent delivery for over 15 years. Their environment will suit consultative, money driven and dynamic individuals looking to work in a friendly environment were autonomy and ownership is encouraged, within a central and impressive office environment.

You will be motivated by consultative sales and be attracted to the high level nature of executive search. Ideally you will be competitive, have a sporting nature and enjoy working in a big lively team.

They agency offer excellent support and training, coupled with excellent on target earnings, uncapped and shaped by you and what you put in.

Basic salaries are between £17,000 and £24,000, with OTE in the first year circa £30 – 40,000 per year.

This is an excellent entry level opportunity for individuals passionate to find an excellent step into recruitment or for experienced consultants wanting to step away from contingent recruitment.
