Full Description:

A Part Time Social Housing Customer Adviser IS required by our Bristol based Social Housing client. These are permanent or temp-to-perm positions paying a pro-rata salary of £17203

They are looking for candidates to work 15-28 hours per week. The client is flexible about how these hours are to be worked, and will fit in with the candidates requirements as much as possible. This can be to work 3-4 full days, or to work a full working week from 8.45-2PM.

The role is to be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and face to face, dealing with enquiries such as how tenants get onto the housing register, or how to complete the relevant housing forms, amongst many other enquiries.

There will also be outgoing calls to customers to collate surveys and questionnaires on our clients service.

To apply you should have office based customer service skills, have excellent written and spoken communication skills, superb IT and administration skills and ideally be able to start at short notice. This is an excellent opportunity for a career in social housing with one of the South Wests leading RSLs.
