A Social Housing Customer Adviser is required by our Bristol based Social Housing client. These are permanent positions paying a salary of £17203.
The roles are 35 hours per week, working 9AM-5PM, Monday to Friday.
The role is to be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and face to face, dealing with enquiries such as how tenants get onto the housing register, or how to complete the relevant housing forms, amongst many other enquiries.
There will also be outgoing calls to customers to collate surveys and questionnaires on our clients service.
To apply you should have office based customer service skills, have excellent written and spoken communication skills, superb IT and administration skills and ideally be able to start at short notice.
