Our client is an established financial services organisation who is currently recruiting for a bright and enthusiastic Account Executive / Policy administrator to work in their Group Business department based in Central Bristol
You will be responsible for the administration of Group Risk policies, to ensure that all aspects of each individual client account are dealt with within agreed service and quality levels, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Duties will include:
- Prepare and issue Scheme accounts within service and quality level agreements
- Resolve written and verbal customer enquiries
- Liaising with brokers via telephone and writtent communication
- Request outstanding data from customers and follow-up where necessary to ensure records are current
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to help retain existing business in accordance with company targets
This is a varied and challenging role which offers excellent progression opportunities and training/qualification potential
Successful applicants will have experience within a customer-focused environment along with administration experience (Financial Services experience desirable) and have experience of dealing with more complex queries.
Grade B or above in GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths is also required as well as being PC literate, including Word and Excel

Salary: £16,500 - £17,000pa
