Our client is a leading worldwide financial services group operating in many different insurance markets and boasting many market leading brand names.
They are currently looking for a number of Claims Advisors to work within various different departments.
The roles will involve taking call from customers and dealing with Claims applications from start to finish, resolving any issues that arise along the way.
This is a varied and challenging customer focussed role which will utilise your communication and organisation skills to the fullest. You will be responsible for liaising with 3rd party insurers/organisations along with dealing with many internal colleagues and clients in order to process the claims as quickly and efficiently as possible
This role also offers excellent career progression potential and the ability to increase your earning dramatically as you gain more experience
Candidates must have good communication and problem solving skills along with experience form with a customer service environment (preferably call centre / corporate)

Hours: Shift rota between 8am-8pm (standard hours are 9-5) plus every other Sat (9-1)
Salary: £15,300 + annual bonus
