Our client based near Fishponds requires an Office Administrator to join their existing team.You must have competent computer skills (i.e. Word and Excel), a polite and friendly telephone manner and excellent organisational skills.
Reporting to the Financial Director you must be able to multi task and enjoy a busy varied role. A full driving license is required for daily duties.
Duties to include -
Answering Telephone
Meeting and Greeting Clients
Diary Management
Daily Post
Filing
Chasing Client payments
Managing Fire Regulations/Health and Safety.
