A temporary Rent Accounts Advisor is required by our Housing client in Wiltshire.
The role is full time for at least 3 months.
The role is to ensure the delivery of excellent services to residents through the effective prevention, management and reduction in the level of current and former arrears, and all other debts in accordance with the Associations policies and procedures. Tenants home visits. Maximising rent collection arrears. Debts management.
To apply you should have experience of a rent arrears role either as a specialist or as a Housing Officer.
You should also drive and be able to start at short notice.
